If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract under the following instructions:
Withdrawal Policy for Orders Where the Goods Can Be Shipped in One Delivery
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website [day-1.com]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Note
The goods should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Please use protective outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. Avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please note that the right of withdrawal and its consequences remain unaffected by this notice, which only serves to facilitate the return process.
